Susie is a second-year MBA student at Harvard Business School and Co-Chair of the 2026 HBS Healthcare Conference. Prior to HBS, she led the RTM strategy at Shudan Healthcare, a digital health startup leveraging AI-powered software and hardware to slow the progression of Alzheimer’s disease. She began her career at Mars, Inc. as a management trainee, gaining cross-functional experience across e-commerce, digital marketing, and corporate communications within the Mars Petcare division. At HBS, Susie serves as Co-President of the Christian Fellowship and the Asian-Affinity Business Association. She graduated from Haverford College in 2018 with a major in Political Science.
