Susie Jiang is a second-year MBA student at Harvard Business School and Co-Chair of the 2026 HBS Healthcare Conference. She is passionate about using AI to shift healthcare from reactive to proactive — detecting diseases early and empowering patients to manage chronic conditions more effectively. This past summer, Susie interned with Eli Lilly’s Alzheimer’s disease team. Prior to HBS, she led RTM strategy at Shudan Healthcare, a digital health startup using AI-powered software and hardware to slow the progression of Alzheimer’s disease. She began her career at Mars, Inc. as a management trainee, where she gained cross-functional experience across e-commerce, digital marketing, and corporate communications within the Mars Petcare division. At HBS, Susie serves as Co-President of the Christian Fellowship and the Asian Affinity Business Association. She earned her B.A. in Political Science from Haverford College in 2018.
