Ashna’s background in healthcare spans medical devices and digital health startups. Most recently, she spent the summer interning in Product Management at Elektra Health, a seed-stage women’s health startup focused on menopause care. Prior to HBS, she spent 4 years in New Product Development at Stryker’s Endoscopy division working on software and hardware products that enhanced operating room workflows and digital connectivity for healthcare providers. She also completed a pre-MBA Growth internship at Anise Health, an early-stage digital mental health startup delivering culturally-responsive care for the Asian community. Ashna holds a B.S. in Bioengineering and Minor in Electrical Engineering & Computer Science from UC Berkeley, and is originally from San Jose, CA.
