Nandini Nayar

Nandini Nayar is a second-year MBA student at Harvard Business School and Chair of the 2025 HBS Healthcare Conference. She holds a BA and MS in Computer Science from Cornell University, where she specialized in machine learning and AI research. Prior to HBS, she worked as a data scientist at Heartbeat Health, a virtual cardiology startup, and as an AI/ML engineer at Optum, UnitedHealthcare. Her applied research spans automated machine learning, computer vision, and healthcare applications in chronic care management and virtual care operations. Nandini is passionate about building healthcare products that prioritize the consumer experience while driving meaningful systems change.
