Morgan Hewett is a mission-driven entrepreneur and healthcare leader dedicated to using technology to save and improve lives. Morgan currently serves as Chief of Staff at Share Ventures, a venture studio and fund focused on unlocking human potential through invention and investment in transformative startups.
She is the founder and former CEO of Options MD, an AI-powered telehealth platform backed by United Healthcare. Under her leadership, the company raised $6 million in venture funding and delivered groundbreaking care to individuals with treatment-resistant depression—reaching thousands of patients and saving hundreds of lives from suicide before being acquired in 2024.
Before launching Options MD, Morgan was part of Meta’s Health division, where she built healthcare advertising solutions that drove over $110 million in annual revenue. She is a passionate advocate for mental health innovation, health equity, and the ethical use of AI in care delivery.
Morgan is also pursuing her MBA at Harvard Business School, where she continues to explore the intersection of entrepreneurship, digital health, and AI.
