Anne Botos (MBA ‘26)

Anne Botos is an MBA student at Harvard Business School (Class of 2026). A native of the Chicago suburbs, she graduated Magna Cum Laude from Georgetown University, where she studied Analytics and International Business. Prior to HBS, she worked for L.E.K. Consulting in New York City, where she specialized in MedTech and Digital Health strategy and M&A. Anne is passionate about healthcare, particularly medical devices that are less invasive and improve both patient care and quality of life. Anne is honored to serve as a Co-President of the Health Care Club and is excited to continue to advance the club's vision.

 
 

Morgan Hewett (MBA ‘26)

Morgan Hewett is a mission-driven entrepreneur and healthcare leader dedicated to using technology to save and improve lives. She has been featured in Forbes and Business Insider for her groundbreaking work in digital health and leadership in healthcare innovation. Morgan currently serves as Chief of Staff at Share Ventures, a venture studio and fund focused on unlocking human potential through invention and investment in transformative startups.

She is the founder and former CEO of Options MD, an AI-powered telehealth platform backed by United Healthcare. Under her leadership, the company raised $6 million in venture funding and delivered groundbreaking care to individuals with treatment-resistant depression—reaching thousands of patients and saving hundreds of lives from suicide before being acquired in 2024.

Before launching Options MD, Morgan was part of Meta’s Health division, where she built healthcare advertising solutions that drove over $110 million in annual revenue. She is a passionate advocate for mental health innovation, health equity, and the ethical use of AI in care delivery.

Morgan is also pursuing her MBA at Harvard Business School, where she continues to explore the intersection of entrepreneurship, digital health, and AI. She holds a BA from Columbia University, graduating cum laude, and has been recognized with the Carnegie Mellon Artificial Intelligence Innovation Capstone Award, ADCOLOR Rising Star Award, and AFROTECH Visionary Founder Award.

 
 

Julia Perry (MBA ‘26)

Julia Perry is passionate about advancing innovation in biotech and medtech to improve healthcare access and outcomes. Prior to HBS, she worked at McKinsey & Company in Denver, advising healthcare and life sciences clients on growth strategy, transactions, and organizational design. She also completed an externship at Ginkgo Bioworks, supporting commercial strategy for the company’s biosecurity business unit. Julia holds a B.B.A. in Accountancy and a B.A. in Psychology from the University of Notre Dame, where she developed an early interest in the intersection of business, science, and human behavior. Originally from Southlake, Texas, she is interested in how emerging technologies can reshape the future of health.

 
 

Ashna Mangla (MBA ‘26)

Ashna’s background in healthcare spans medical devices and digital health startups. Most recently, she spent the summer interning in Product Management at Elektra Health, a seed-stage women’s health startup focused on menopause care. Prior to HBS, she spent 4 years in New Product Development at Stryker’s Endoscopy division working on software and hardware products that enhanced operating room workflows and digital connectivity for healthcare providers. She also completed a pre-MBA Growth internship at Anise Health, an early-stage digital mental health startup delivering culturally-responsive care for the Asian community. Ashna holds a B.S. in Bioengineering and Minor in Electrical Engineering & Computer Science from UC Berkeley, and is originally from San Jose, CA.

 
 

Susie Jiang (MBA ‘26)

Susie Jiang is a second-year MBA student at Harvard Business School and Co-Chair of the 2026 HBS Healthcare Conference. Prior to HBS, she led the RTM strategy at Shudan Healthcare, a digital health startup leveraging AI-powered software and hardware to slow the progression of Alzheimer’s disease. She began her career at Mars, Inc. as a management trainee, gaining cross-functional experience across e-commerce, digital marketing, and corporate communications within the Mars Petcare division. At HBS, Susie serves as Co-President of the Christian Fellowship and the Asian-Affinity Business Association. She graduated from Haverford College in 2018 with a major in Political Science.

 
 

Nandini Nayar (MBA ‘26)

Nandini Nayar is a healthcare AI innovator with a track record of building and scaling machine learning solutions at companies like United Healthcare (Optum), where she was Lead AI Scientist, and Heartbeat Health, where she served as Head of Data. She specialises in innovation for chronic disease management, administrative burden and personalisation. She’s pursuing her MBA at Harvard Business School to launch a venture at the intersection of AI and personalized employee benefits.

 
 

Shelton Cochran (MS/MBA ‘26)

Shelton Cochran is a second year student in the MS/MBA Biotechnology: Life Sciences program. Previously he worked on strategy and business excellence at Chroma Medicine. He has also held roles in corporate development and business development at R-Zero, in strategy consulting at Clarion, A Life Sciences Consultancy (acq. Lumanity), and in product development at Karyopharm Therapeutics. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Biochemistry and Biophysics from Amherst College.

 
 

Casey Hong (MBA ‘26)

Prior to HBS, Casey Hong was an Associate Manager at Oliver Wyman’s Health & Life Sciences practice, where she advised governments, payers, and digital health providers across the Middle East on strategy and operations. Her work spanned national health system financing, population health programs, system interoperability management, and medical tourism. Originally from South Korea, Casey is passionate about care access and affordability, provider-payer collaboration, and expanding health innovation globally.

 
 

Rebecca Li (MBA ‘26)

Rebecca is a second year student at HBS and was previously a private equity associate at Berkshire Partners and an investment banking analyst in the Healthcare M&A team at Lazard.

 
 

Karthikeyan Murugesan (MBA ‘26)

Karthikeyan is an MBA student at Harvard Business School passionate about translating biotech innovation into patient impact. Before HBS, he was a senior scientist at Foundation Medicine, where he developed AI-driven cancer diagnostics. His oncology research led to patents, publications, and supported FDA CDx approvals. He began his career at Philips Research, building computational tools for infectious disease surveillance and antibiotic resistance detection. He holds a B.Tech in Biology and Bioengineering from IIT Kanpur and an MS in Bioinformatics from Georgia Tech. He is excited to serve as Alumni Relations Lead for the HBS Health Care Club.

 
 

Pascual Marquez (MS/MBA ‘26)

Pascual Marquez is a second-year MBA and MS in Biotech student at Harvard Business School and VP of Sponsorships. He began his career at Bain & Company, a global consulting firm, where he advised clients in healthcare, tech, and private equity on strategy and due diligence. He then joined Sumitomo Pharma America, a Japanese biopharmaceutical company, where he worked in  corporate strategy, M&A execution, and post-merger integration. At HBS, Pascual serves as VP of Careers of the Latino Student Association and Treasurer for MBA/MS Biotech Joint Degrees. He graduated from MIT in 2019 with a major in Biochemical Engineering and Economics.
