Brett Cook, MBA

Brett Cook is a Partner at F-Prime, where he focuses on investments in healthcare technology and service companies. At F-Prime, Brett has led or participated in investments in Blue Rabbit (acquired by Wedgewood Pharmacy), Iora Health (acquired by One Medical), PatientPing (acquired by Appriss Heath), VitalWare (acquired by Health Catalyst), 1up Health, AppliedVR, BenchSci, Better Life Partners, Bluebird Kids Health, Equip, Expressable, NOCD, Notable, Paradigm Health, Patina, Proximie, Rippl, and Wellbeam, among others. While at F-Prime, and in collaboration with GV and the Broad Institute, Brett also helped launch and run Project Beacon, a social benefit organization that facilitated more than 1.5 million COVID tests for the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and K-12 schools.

Prior to rejoining F-Prime in 2018, Brett led the finance team at PatientPing (acquired by Appriss Health), a healthcare technology company providing real-time admission and discharge notifications to coordinate patient care. Previously, Brett worked at Aledade and McKinsey & Company.

Brett holds an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School and a B.S.E. in Biomedical Engineering from Duke University.

 
 

Radu Cret, MBA

Radu Cret is a Principal at GTCR, where he focuses on investments across the healthcare sector. He currently serves as a Director of Experity and Corza Medical, and works closely with Epselon Global. He has also contributed to the growth of GTCR portfolio companies such as Cedar Gate Technologies and Sotera Health.

Before GTCR, Radu was an Investment Banking Analyst in the Healthcare group at William Blair & Company. He holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a BA in Economics from Northwestern University.

 
 

Scott Rosen

Scott is a Partner at Transformation Capital, which is the largest investment firm focused exclusively on digital health, typically making growth stage investments of $15 – 60m. He serves in a Board capacity at CapitalRx, Datavant, SWORD, Longevity Health, Annexus, Arbital, CertifyOS and Local Infusion. 

Prior to joining Transformation, Scott led Strategy and M&A at eviCore, a provider of specialty benefit value-based care solutions that was sold to Express Scripts. Previously, he was an investor with Court Square Capital and investment banker at Evercore. Scott graduated from the University of Virginia with an B.S. from the McIntire School of Commerce with Distinction.

 
 

Meredith Nolan

Meredith Nolan is a second-year MBA candidate at Harvard Business School building in the patient navigation and care coordination space. She is passionate about advancing women’s and digital health, with a focus on the intersection of healthcare, technology and consumer innovation to drive meaningful change across the healthcare system.

Meredith has worked across investing, advisory, and operating roles in the healthcare and consumer sectors. She served as a Strategy and Operations MBA Intern at Elektra Health, partnering with the team to shape B2B growth initiatives and quantify care outcomes. Prior to HBS, she was a Private Equity Associate at TPG, where she evaluated and managed investments in the consumer services space. Meredith began her career in investment banking at Guggenheim Securities, advising clients on M&A and capital markets transactions.

She is currently an intern with Second Opinion, one of the largest independent healthcare media companies, where she supports strategy, content, and growth initiatives.

Meredith earned her B.S. from McIntire School of Commerce, the University of Virginia's undergraduate business school, and is a proud member of Section I.
