Andrea Corleto

Andrea is an experienced entrepreneur dedicated to transforming women's health. As the Founder & CEO of Lyv Health, she is building a company focused on extending female healthspan — the years women spend in good health — through science-backed, personalized care.

A Harvard MBA candidate (Class of 2026) with a strong background in scaling consumer startups, Andrea has launched and grown brands from $0 to $200M+ in revenue. Before founding Lyv, she was an early hire and Head of Marketing at Skylight Frame, playing a key role in turning it into a household name. She also founded Silkkin, a consumer health brand that she bootstrapped to seven figures in revenue.

Andrea is one of only eight Guatemalan women to have attended Harvard Business School. Her journey from humble beginnings to global entrepreneurship has shaped her mission to close the gender gap in healthcare innovation. Growing up near a Blue Zone in Costa Rica inspired her early interest in healthy living and longevity — themes that continue to define her work today.

Earlier in her career, Andrea worked in Venture Capital and Private Equity, supporting founders and accelerator programs across the U.S. She is a member of Chief, a private network for executive women, and the Primary Ventures Executive Network.

Outside of work, Andrea is an equestrian, early-morning Pilates enthusiast, and avid traveler, having visited over 40 countries and lived in 12.
